While we have not posted anything in some time, this is a matter requiring the urgent attention of every citizen of the United States, particularly those persons belonging to any labor union or community organizing organization.

While the original intent of this website was to highlight and report on assaults against Liberty and American Constitutional values by the government itself, we find that this assault by private individuals and organizations within the United States represents a grave threat to our Liberty, our society, and our very way of life as Americans.

An independent news outlet/blog, The Blaze, released a recording today of a meeting that was held this weekend at Pace University in New York. The closed session meeting was an offshoot of a larger conference of leftists, union leaders, community organizers, and others.

In the meeting, Stephen  Lerner, who previously held a ranking position in SEIU (a national labor union for healthcare, custodial, and government workers), and is still listed as working for the union according to his author’s billing on the Huffington Post, presented a very well thought out and specific plan of action for the destabilization of the United States financial system, the stock markets, and to overthrow the government in general, in order to bring about a “redistribution of wealth and power”.

His plan involves convincing as many people as is possible to do the following:

• Home owners enter “strategic default” on their mortgages, by refusing to pay their mortgages, despite whether they can actually afford to.
• Students to default on their student loans
• Public sector (government) labor unions to coerce their respective governments at all levels (local, county, state, and federal) to demand refinancing of any outstanding loans.

Their stated goal is to bring the big US financial institutions to “the brink of insolvency, again.” Essentially, they want to see a repeat of the 2008 financial collapse, with their first targeted institution being JPMorgan Chase.

Essentially, this is an open declaration of seditious conspiracy against the United States of America. Lerner goes on to point out that they wont discuss all the fine details of this plan during the recorded meeting, because they don’t know if there might be police or law enforcement officers in their midst.

US Code, TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 115 > § 2384, Seditious Conspiracy is defined as follows:

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

This is in the same chapter as Treason.

Folks, there are people in this country who hate the American way of life. They hate our Capitalist system. They hate the fact that HARD WORK leads to success. Instead, they believe that they should take money that YOU work for, to have because they don’t want to work. Consider this very insightful statement from Dr. Adrian Rogers:

“You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.”

What is described above is exactly the reason why Communism, Marxism, and Socialism DO NOT WORK. Because when everyone gets the same thing regardless of their effort, those that do excel, those that do work hard, those that work to innovate, to improve life become disheartened. They become demotivated. And as they slow down or stop producing, then the common, “distributed wealth” decreases. Poverty, hunger, and misery prevail.

This is not what our Founding Fathers wanted for this country. This is not why they fought and died to pass down to us a nation founded on Liberty. This is not why our fathers, brothers, sisters, mothers, and grandparents have shed blood.

You must wake up. You must understand what is at stake. Now more than ever, the enemies of Liberty are hard at work to destroy everything we hold dear.
